Volt is a fintech start-up that aims to create a differentiated financial solution and platform for both retail and corporate customers.• Work with the CHRO in the Strategic development and decision making for the P&C area tosupport the overall Business Strategy.• Identify ways the Organization can keep transforming and be well positioned for sustainablegrowth.• Support the delivery of all elements of the employee lifecycle: attraction (head hunting), selection(IT profiles), on-boarding, induction, departures, terminations (including Redundancy) and leave. • Work with the Risk and Compliance Department to support the implementation of all P&CPolicies and Programs.• Implementation of the Performance Manager System that includes PerformanceDevelopment Plans.• Design and management of a company-wide organizational development process thataddresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employeeretention, organizational design, and change management.• Start the bases for the implementation of a new Payroll an HRIS system.• COVID-19 Contingency Plan implementation and restructure
