My role’s responsibilities included Argentina and Brazil’s HR Departments: Recruitment & Selection: Responsible for In-house and External Recruitment and the subsequent Selection Process. Creating Job Descriptions, advertising on job portals, conducting interviews and coordinating with Functional Heads and Managers for ensuring successful hiring. On-boarding process of new employees: Draft of employment contracts, formulation and issue of the offer pack, coordination and preparation of the Induction Program schedule for new staff.
