A London-based importer of French and Italian wine, One To Wine is a start-up created in 2016 which works closely with independent winemakers. When I joined One To Wine, the challenge was to build a B2B strategy to increase sales. The saturated UK market and the already existing partnerships between restaurants and suppliers made it difficult. Nevertheless, I persevered by targeting 100+ restaurants with the objective of making the company known and building a customer-supplier relationship.∙ Built a B2B strategy by developing wine list, price list, market research, competitive analysis.∙ Reached 15 restaurants per day by phone and settled meetings.∙ Maintained the existing customer's relationships for promotions and events.
