As an Ops Associate I am responsible for managing 8 different projects for the same customer. I make sure we have enough resources and keep the team aligned with the customer’s interests.My main role is to troubleshoot problems that arise and work towards solving them. That usually means communicating with different internal teams, and digging into data to find the source of the issue.

As a Delivery Specialist I am responsible for managing a small project. This includes making sure we deliver to the customer in terms of quality and quantity, by training and giving feedback to our team. While also making sure we have enough staffing, and problem solving any issues that come up during the week.

As a designer I created projects on Helioscope according to the client's needs, and I later built a render on SketchUp of the client's house to show what the photovoltaic system would look like once installed. In addition, I managed a small group of freelance designers, assigning designs to them and supervising that these were delivered on time.
