I was recruited to relocate from Argentina to open this new franchise by the investor and was accountable for the pre-opening marketing strategies. I directed and coordinated media relations plans, external communications, community relations, and special events. Evaluated and reported on workflow across all campaigns and projects. Collaborated with partnered agencies and acted as the pre-opening Office Manager leading all meetings and setting expectations from different stakeholders. Prepared budgetary recommendations, tracked budgets, monitored the ROI of campaigns, and reconciled expenditures. ★ Researched, identified, and fostered opportunities within the community and different markets.★ Collaborated with Latin2Latin Marketing and SocialUS on over nine (one per month) pre-opening targeted marketing campaigns.★ Created a database of media contacts and developed numerous press releases. ★ Initiated Social Media accounts and strategies.★ Initiated and planned a Golf & Tennis tournament establishing a presence within the community.★ Partnered and sponsored local 5k races creating exposure.★ Assisted in the $1M sale of the franchise, administering reports and actions ($300K ROI within one year).
