 Manage senior citizen homebound meal delivery program which includes directing budget, strategic planning, setting goals/priorities, and supervising staff. Administer department’s homebound meal delivery, marketing and program supply yearly budget of over $1 million dollars. In the first 6 months created Lunch and Learn marketing experience; 1x a month with outside agencies and community partners to spread the word about the program. During tenure the homebound meal delivery program has grown over 450% and continues to enroll new participants monthly. Consistently look for opportunities to network and think outside the box to provide opportunities for the program.  Created partnership with Second Harvest to bring fresh produce to program. Navigated pandemic by assuring proper PPE was supplied to the staff and by collecting essential resources (hand sanitizer/masks/brochures with information) and had them delivered to the homes of the most at-risk population to Covid-19. Develop and implement policy & procedures for department for homebound program including onboarding process, includes a rigorous training schedule to fully adapt to the program/culture leading to an increase in job performance and productivity. Manage inventory of food and fresh milk for department, ensuring items are fresh and do not expire before getting to clients.

 Managed day-to-day operations of 120 bed assisted living community including directing 54 staff in all departments providing leadership and strategic direction. Directed budget of multi- million dollars annually for the facility making sure that the operations stayed within budget; monitored business procedures to ensure compliance, revenue growth, and see where we could increase productivity outcomes. During tenure, maintained census at 95% occupancy which the organization could not meet beforehand and has not since. Performed monthly quality assurance audits with staff to ensure best practices, compliance, and optimal service to clients and the community. Consistently exceeded established metrics for operations along with a high satisfaction levels with residents. Developed broad network of community partners to showcase the center and promote facility and care provided to increase occupancy. Oversaw several multi-million dollar renovations for center that included overseeing budget, bidding, permits, and progress. Prepared and presented dynamic presentations to upper management on budget, expenses, and strategic planning. Designed and implemented interactive training program for staff, assuring knowledge of policies and procedures, best practices and CPR/First Aid training.
