Current- Analyze and manage overall P&L and revenue opportunities to keep company financial health.- Creation, data analysis and execution of dashboards with KPIs and relevant qualitative insights of the company.- Bring visibility, centralize processes and enable communications between different stakeholders through the implementation of CRM and sales operation system through Airtable. - Excel and execute regional strategies to grow digital Ads sales in LATAM and US market.- Define workflows, develop, and automation of core business processes to scale and support the fast growth of the company.- Develop a sales channel training process that enables product adoption and go-to-market strategy. - Manage payroll processes.- Develop initiatives to grow the pipeline. Support sales team by presenting relevant information about products, benchmarks, alliances, and process improvements.
