In my current role I manage a dispersed team of three creative professionals. We design, develop, and analyze our digital marketing and promotion strategies across the various platforms that we use. My primary focus is centered on measuring performance and ROI across different campaigns to turn them into data driven best practices. Organically my approach is to utilize a holistic SEO approach to evaluate search traffic, website engagement, and SEO technical requirements. We make use of Google Analytics, AdWords, Mixpanel, and other business intelligence dashboards to stay on top of our game. All of this drives sales by combining a technical approach with strong problem-solving skills. Staying organized, and embracing a growth mode environment with challenging business goals comes with the territory. The best part is that there is always something new to learn everyday.

I worked directly with vacation rental property managers and their staff to optimize all aspects of their digital marketing campaigns. Gueststream specializes in hospitality marketing plans, custom website design, conversion testing, and vacation rental software API integration. I take the time to understand each of our clients' needs and work very closely with them to achieve their digital marketing objectives.

This was a fantastic opportunity and I managed the day to day operations for a medium sized event venue located in a destination resort setting. My duties included supervision of all staff, scheduling, tracking payroll, and directly improving the bottom line on the event sales revenue side. I also acted as the main contact for all weddings sales, event coordination, and execution. Our marketing efforts were highly successful and our strong brand image resulted in a dramatic increase in event bookings. The brides and their families made my day!

My duties included promoting our brand, owner relations, and researching new markets to increase reservation capture rates. I also developed and managed the website content, updating property descriptions, and all of the architectural photography. Another part of my responsibilities included bringing on new properties from signed contract to being live on our booking site and accepting reservations.
