Realize company's strategic position by leading business development, engineering, design, quality assurance and support & fulfilment teams in planning, scoping and execution of both short and long term objectives

Work with project managers and peers to plan and prioritize development and test strategy to ensure high quality and timely delivery of fixes and new functionality for in-house software systems.

Lead design and development of in-house software products, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies with tools such as JIRA and ADP.
