Deliverying construction projects to clients from design stage to actualization.

Had the following responsibilities; - Review project plans to determine time frame, funding, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. -Health and safety management on site ensuring the site had a health and safety plan which was applied on site, which reduced accidents on site by 40%. -Daily reports on project progress preparation Setting deadlines, tracking project progress and ensuring that work remains on schedule using Microsoft Project. -Preparations of quotations and Ensuring that the works performed is up to standard and is as specified in the Bills of Quantities -Site supervisions which involved Monitoring and summarizing progress and expenditure and duly advising the contractors on ways to ensure timely delivery of projects, within budget.
