1.) Supports operational management of 36 reserve officer and enlisted personnel.2.) Co-manage the Navy Reserve Orders Writing System (NROWS) requirements for all C3F LRC personnel.3.) From June 2014 to August 2014, took on active duty for training (ADT) orders as the C3F Maintenance Officer. Liaised with Commander, Surface Forces Pacific while coordinating all maintenance completion for 31 ships in preparation for Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2014 joint training exercise, as well as other critical near-term deployments.

Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center

1.) Mentored and guided eight staff instructors in all aspects of training Sailors in anti-submarine warfare tactics.2.) Trained 183 students for 327 hours in mission critical anti-submarine and surface warfare tactics.3.) Worked together with the Operations Department Head and Director of Maintenance in the mold abatement project from September 2012 to November 2012 of 11 multi-mission team trainer laboratories in 960 man hours ensuring timely correction of a health hazard.

Uss Cleveland (Lpd 7)

1.) Led day-to-day operations of the Combat Information Center (CIC), including a division of 13 operations specialists (OS) and cryptologic technicians (CTT).2.) Directed and managed 20 CIC watch standers during the Pacific Partnership 2011 humanitarian assistance deployment in the South Pacific, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Ensured safety of navigation and the timely transmission of reports to the Operations Officer.3.) Supervised the preparation over $100,000 worth of CIC equipment in support of the ship’s decommissioning.

1.) Managed seven sonar technicians surface (STG) and the achievement of all mission critical qualifications and training during 2 counter-narcotics deployments in Central and South America.2.) Supervised the preparation for INSURV (Inspection and Survey) Assessment by maintaining excellent material conditions of all sonar equipment worth over $100,000. 3.) Led the restoration of sonar equipment worth more than $100,000 during a scheduled maintenance overhaul.
