With over three decades in nonprofit leadership and strategic development, my journey has been marked by a mission to combat injustice and empower communities. My tenure as CEO at Spotlight YOPD and Exec Chair at The Edge encapsulates a deep commitment to advocacy, organization building, and effective communication. I have initiated life-changing projects, such as a new work to combat child cobalt mining and seeking to invent and manufacture affordable technology to mitigate stigmas associated with health conditions.As a seasoned public speaker, I've engaged audiences from intimate groups to expansive festival crowds, articulating our vision and catalysing action. Additionally, my contributions extend to hosting podcasts, writing for publications, and advising leadership teams. My passion for well-being is evident in my pro bono work, coaching leaders to sobriety (circa 240 so far), and my focus on supporting the Young Onset Parkinson's community speaks to my dedication to health advocacy and voluntary service.
