I started a management position at Rockdivers Costa Rica in the middle of 2018. I was in charge of bookings through email and website, scheduling trips for clients and organizing our calendars. I was in charge of providing payment options and accepting payments. I was in charge of social media through Facebook and Instagram, putting out eye catching posts relevant to our seasons in Costa Rica. During my time managing at Rockdivers Costa Rica, I learned how to drive and manage boats, I learned graphic design, and ways to expand a small business. I introduced a boutique within the company where we sold cotton towels, sunglasses, and reef safe sunscreen. I am looking to widen my horizons and put my skills to use in the next chapter of my life.

I had the awesome opportunity to intern in Costa Rica for scuba diving. Rockdivers Costa Rica taught me skills in customer service, marine/boat skills, and of course how to be a safe divemaster. I enjoyed learning a new language and experiencing a different culture.
