the MACRO division of Ross & Barruzzini provides a variety of technical consulting and project management services to clients in the Public Transit Sector. Projects I have or am working on include:-Database Development, programming, and Quality assurance for Amtrak.-Led a team that built and tested a proof-of-concept Augmented Reality Train Dispatcher Interface.- An internal research project on planning the future of transit control centers. The findings from this work were published in a Transportation Research Board Report.-Working with SEPTA to improve and publish Real-Time Vehicle location data.-Testing SEPTA's new fare collection equipment.

I teach Digital Literacy skills to 18-21 year old students who have dropped out of high school and are coming back to get their high school diploma as well as vocational training.Responsibilities:• Mentoring four students.• Teaching digital Literacy skills to 18-21 year old students who dropped out and are returning to school for a high school diploma and vocational training. • Planning and teaching a technology class for all the students during their vocational training.Accomplishments: 23 out of 28 students have earned their digital literacy certification.  Planning and teaching a four day a week class on digital literacy.  Running a chess club with 4-7 students.

I served as a tutor and near-peer mentor to middle school students in Philadelphia who were at risk of dropping out.Responsibilities: • Planning and implementing Math and Literacy tutoring sessions for seven students.• Planning and running an after-school chess club.• Managing deadlines and accountability as SEPTA ambassador.• Providing in-class support to students in Math and computers class. Accomplishments:  Leading my co-workers in the planning and implementation of a two-day service project. Setting academic goals with 16 students during report card conferences. Completing over 7 hours of tutoring with four different students.

I provided phone tech support, and oversaw the processing of computer inventory.Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting and repairing computer problems. • Providing phone technical support.• Managing computer inventory.• Training new employees. Accomplishments: Assisting in setting up 400 new students with computers.  Training 10 new employees on basic troubleshooting and appropriate documentation procedures.
