Microsoft 365 Sales Director
CurrentMicrosoft is constantly evolving Microsoft 365 to include more services as well as targeting new audiences. Currently, I am working to expand Microsoft 365 into the frontline worker market (typical roles are retail associates, factory workers, healthcare staff, ...) who have historically been digitally excluded. My team works with marketing, engineering, licensing, field and partner teams to make Microsoft EMEA's largest customers successful with our new technologies. I intensively work with CTOs, CIOs and other leaders, as their trusted advisor to define strategy and create project success, while taking learnings from those experiences to influence Microsoft licensing, pricing, product roadmap, field incentives, go to market, ... The ultimate goal of my role in the organization is to make our customers successful by making new ventures mainstream and building Microsoft's next billion dollar business.
