Carlo started his career in EDS Italia S.p.A, in 1998. During the first 2 years he worked on several transition & transformation projects, to startup the two new companies EDS Sistemi Sanitari (Insurance industry) and EDS Servizi ICT (Energy industry). Starting from 2001 he took over the responsibility, as delivery lead, of Windows OS Support, for Eni Customer Application environments.During the following years, starting from 2003 he became people manager and took the responsibility of several delivery organizations, providing following services: Messaging, Wintel, Network, Backup & Restore, Web Hosting, Single Sign On, Business Intelligence, Terminal Services, Document Management, CRM, Business Applications, Directory Services, Enterprise Application Integration, SAP etc., across Energy, Manufacturing and Telco sectors, with both financial wise and Contract SLA wise accountability.He joined HP in 2009, with the role of ITO Italy - DCO - Middleware and Technical Application Support Capability Leader and, later, he took the lead of Software Services Italy in 2010. Recently he joined DXC.Tecnology in 2017, with same role precedently played.He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia, Italy.Carlo has been married to Elena in 2001 and lives with his family in Pavia, Italy.
