I was working with Chef Rich Corrigan and his team to bring together two projects. Freecookeryschool.com is an initiative aimed at offering ethical and healthy cookery learning opportunities to families and school children. The project aims to educate against poor nutritional choices whilst teaching our young nation about real fresh food and how to prepare it correctly.ChefsNutrition.com is a food blog and main sponsor of FreeCookerySchool.com. This project offers paid cookery classes for those interested in learning how to prepare fresh food in a healthy way.Web Design:• I use WordPress on a daily basis to update, edit and implement my designs to the various websites. Every week the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics are reviewed to determine traffic flow on the websites.Graphic Design:• Since November I have completed the design of two 50+ page eBooks using a combination of Photoshop and PowerPoint.
