Provided over 200 loans that supported small business in low income communities in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Managed the team that provided technical assistance to small businesses. Led the expansion of the company to Baltimore, where a permanent and fully funded office provides services to small business and aspiring entrepreneurs. In partnerships with private banks and other NGO’s, developed new financial products for low income immigrants.
