👋🏽 Hi! I'm Carlos.💼 My last job has been at Telefónica, where I have been in charge of the management of audiovisual material. Here I have helped with the implementation of an OTT platform, contributing with my knowledge as Helpdesk in the criteria to solve incidents and the corresponding SLAs. I have also learned a lot about networks since I have managed production systems such as routers or switches.📚 I have acquired 2 years of experience as a user support, providing comprehensive technical support and resolving incidents efficiently. My responsibilities range from software and hardware troubleshooting to remote assistance and user management.🔧 In addition, I worked as a Field Technician for 7 months, where I managed laptop hardware repair, electrical installations, inventory, and TV and mobile repair. This experience allowed me to develop practical skills and improve my ability to handle diverse technical situations.🌍 In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going to the gym to stay fit and take care of my physical and mental health.💪🏽 My strengths include system and network design and management, hardware repair and database management.
