I work for Trinity Laboratories, Inc., an emerging biotechnology company based in San Antonio, TX. The company is focused on developing new Over-The-Counter (OTC) medications for pain relief. We recently launched a new product, Paloxin® LS, a new pain relieving gel. Paloxin® is a non-burning, capsaicin-based gel that uses capsaicin palmitate that is equivalent in concentration of 0.25%, the maximum strength of capsaicin approved by the FDA. Our unique patented formulation doesn’t burn the skin like other capsaicin products. Paloxin®LS provides relief from muscle and joint pain associated with arthritis, simple backaches, sprains, strains, and bruises. 2003 - 2005Manager - Operator Services • Coached and developed 25-30 operators to meet and exceed performance objectives. • Increased team and office performance by creating and executing innovative motivational initiatives 2001 - 2003 Manager - Alternate Channels• Managed, developed, and supported 35-40 Authorized Sales Representative (ASR) companies including their sales forces throughout the South Texas region. 2000 - 2001 Sales and Motivation Manager• Sales manager - responsible for product and service sales tracking of 150 inbound and outbound customer representatives. Developed real-time tracking reports providing individual representative sales on a daily, weekly, and cumulative monthly basis for team managers and upper management. 1999 - 2000 Coach Leader• Responsibilities covered all aspects of the management and development process of a team consisting of 20-30 blended bilingual IB/OB sales agents, bilingual IB/OB senior consultants and error/support employees. • Responsible for the units’ campaign analysis. • Developed training materials and performed structured and impromptu training sessions to reinforce and/or redirect sales focus, product knowledge and behavior modification.1990 - 1999 Marketing Manager – Multi-Cultural Consumer Marketing Division• Managed all aspects of the development and execution of promotion exposure events for the South Texas region, which included Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Laredo, Rio Grande Valley, and San Antonio with emphasis on the Hispanic Market. Responsibilities included:• Searched and negotiated positive and lucrative exposure venues grass root as well as major accounts.• Hired, trained, developed staffers in all markets. Managed all venues local and remote.• Maintained positive relationships with community leaders and organizations.
