Meet Carlos Perez I am an American born Cuban, born in New York City and raised primarily in New Jersey. I served five years in the Army, during the period of the Gulf War, as a military policeman. After meeting my wife Lisa, we married and moved permanently to where she was born and raised in Huntington, CT. It is now where we call home and are raising two beautiful children.
