Works Manager and Technical Director, having as main responsibilities the contract management with project owners, economic management, elaborated and controlled construction budget and planning, organizing and managing the teams and subcontractors, being in charge of deadlines, assured technical, quality and safety control, coordinated purchasing, handled relationships with engineering/architectural project designers and client, for the following projects: - Construction and rehabilitation of two schools, for Parque Escolar School Renovation Program, schools at Caldas da Rainha and Montijo (total construction budget 22,5M€).- Several works in the environmental sector and infra-structures: construction of a new sanitary landfill, for Valnor, Abrantes; construction of a sanitary landfill, for Tratolixo, Mafra (total construction budget 11,2M€).- Construction of the crematory oven and funeral center at Barcarena, Oeiras (total construction budget 9,9M€).- Construction of the Interception and Treatment System of Waste Water for down town Lisbon, including steel piping (DN1200), pumping stations and micro-tunnels (total construction budget 11,0M€).- Several works at Lisbon International Airport, such as: construction of Passenger Terminal 2 (including buildings and related infrastructures); expansion and rehabilitation of various aircraft platforms parking and taxiways; construction of a new multipurpose platform (test aircraft, including mobile and circular jet blast deflector); hydrants; various repairs of existing flexible and rigid pavements; electrical, telecommunications and signaling devices;… (total construction budget 38,6M€).
