I currently hold the position of Quality Supervisor and am responsible for the quality management system structured in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. I am also responsible for the metrology laboratory focused on vehicle sizing and lighting. In this activity I also support the ISO 14001 environmental management system team and was responsible for restructuring the supplier management system. I also had the opportunity to implement the Logistics MMOG LE and in addition to the certification achieved in the IATF 16949/ISO 9001 automotive quality management system, I was also co-responsible for FORD's Q1 recognition. In this position, I also had the opportunity to implement and manage a software of document management system that also meets the demands of preparing control plans, FMEA, action plans, APQP and Projects.

Responsible for maintaining the Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949, Environment ISO 140001 and Occupational Health and Safety. I was responsible for integrating the automotive and environmental standards management system; Introduction to the risk management system according to the FCA Latin America handbook; restructuring and reduction of documents as well as meeting specific client requirements, audit and corrective actions of certifier, clients, internal and process.

I was responsible for quality and production teams and during this period reorganizing processes, resulting in 90% cost savings overtime and significant reduction in emplyees bank of hours. I Organized the balance of production scheduling, giving greater visibility into forecasting for the business team and to the customer, as well as OTD's average delivery time.With the change in the process flow we have improved quality index by 62% and productivity by 22%; I contributed to improve communication between production and sales teams, as well as process alignment between Mexico and South America units, improved work method and restructuring workflow, functions and tasks and ultimately integration between two business units, one of them being acquisition.

I was responsible for the quality restructuring and co-responsible for the "Best Quality Performance" award within the Group in 2016. From 2015, in 18 months we reduced the scrap by 80%; we reduced also the PPM about 80%, and due to the approach with clients we were interlocutors beeing co responsibles of new business. In 2017 I had the opportunity to implement IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015. Participated in customer service and project management and customer complaints. In the scope of suppliers participated in the approval and development in addition to complaints to international suppliers. I was partocopant of the multifunctional team for FMEA's development, control plans among other Quality documentation; carried out audit planning (1st, 2nd, 3rd part, including staggered within the company and the Group). Support for the areas for the application of core tools APQP - FMEA - MSA - CEP - PPAP and the quality management system.As the company is a tier 2 supplier of OEM, it attended constant audits and customer visits including focusing on VDA 6.3.

I was the responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and supporting all areas in achieving the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and activities as development of procedures, forms, work instructions and other documentation and activities. I was responsible for service and customer complaint dealings, implementation of a specific software of quality management, development of strategic suppliers and standardization of processes and activities. I contributed in continuing the startup during the transferring of the unit from its original city to expand in a new plant working in activities as coordinating the manufacturing, personnel restructuring, review of documentation to production controls and reporting of performance indicators to the Board. I also gave support to the Director on strategic issues of the organization.

I restructured the Integrated Quality Management System (ISO9001) and Environment (ISO14000) with a new approach and process mapping, integrating the areas in order to disseminate the quality and renew the dealings of aspects related to SGI. I contributed restructuring process and organizational routine activities, focused on improvements aimed at generating income and reducing waste. I developed strategic alternatives on administrative processes and activities; development and feasibility analysis of investment resources (material, financial, machinery and equipment, human resources, technology etc.) for changes, improvements or growth (expansion).

In addition to the Quality Management System I was responsible for the industrial area consisting of Manufacturing, International Operations, Quality Control, Service, Maintenance and Logistics / CFP. I was responsible for the preparation of Budget and CAPEX of these areas as well as development of new investments and projects, I acted as representative of top management (RD) and provided support to other areas of the company to achieve the automotive standard ISO / TS 16949 requirements and other administrative activities related to function. As procurator of the President I used to sign together with another one of the two company directors in the absence of the President. In this role I was responsible for increasing the productivity of the process and reorganization of Manufacturing areas, Methods and Process Engineering and Logistics. I was responsible for increased productivity by 50% in production affect only the working method and was co-responsible for the certification of products in INMETRO.

I was the responsible for the creation of the Quality area including Metrology, QMS and Quality Control during the start up of the company in 2007, in addition to the implementation and certification of ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949. I was responsible for area budget, purchase and calibration of instruments of measurement; approval and development of suppliers, attendance and handling of customer complaints and presentation of performance indicators for the top management, as well as providing support to the other areas for the maintenance of the Quality Management System. Participated in new developments through APQP's; review and approval of FMEA's, as well as elaboration of control plans, M.S.A., PPAP and monitoring of SPC, among other Quality documentation. I conducted audit planning and audited as lead auditor. I use to provide training both in quality tools and in those needed to improve processes on the job

I was responsible for quality control of Manufacturing and audits staggered process; preparer of instruments of measuring; release setup; analysis of scraps; application rejection notices; update control plans and work instructions; measurement of samples and pilot batch; monitoring of measuring instruments and standards. I also attended several improvement programs in the process through the Kaizen methodology.
