At Oportun I'm gaining a lot of experience on sales and bringing excellent customer service to my clients. I help customers with their process of obtaining a loan at our company. I give them an excellent customer service by always greeting them with a smile and helping them gather all the necessary documents to get a loan. I also answer all the questions that they might have about their account, their credit history, the APR and interests on their loans and other many questions that arise when they obtain a loan in our company. My priority is always to make sure that my clients leave the store happy and without questions about their accounts. I'm also in charge of doing marketing for Oportun. Sometimes I visit Swap meets to give out flyers and information to potential customers and also outside of supermarkets I capture leads that in the future I call to offer our loans. We have monthly sales and goals that we have to achieve and I'm always working hard to achieve them and reach 100% on the loans that I offer to customers. I worked at Burger King for more than two years. I started first as a cashier taking orders from customers and helping them if they needed something related to their order. After one year of being a cashier, I was promoted to an assistant manager. My obligations as an assistant manager were more than a cashier. I was in charge of closing the store and counting all the money at the end of my shift and have everything ready for the morning. I would also take care of any concerns or complaints that my customers had. I know how to solve problems related to customer service by making sure my customers leave happy and the store remains profitable. I always offered the customers our products and we usually met our monthly sales. I learned a lot as a manager at burger king, I gained experience on how to talk to customers and resolve their problems if they had any.

I worked at Cashback Payday Advance for more than two years. My tasks and obligations at this job were to bring a great customer service to my clients and help them get approved for a loan. I also helped customers when they needed to cash their checks, I would do other money transactions like selling money orders, and send money to other places using Western Union. I would also offer title loans and our other different loans to all the customers that would go into the store.
