Senior Warehouse Coordinator
● Receive purchase orders in Dynamics and serialize the inventory.● Work with Inventory Analyst when PO’s that have damage, shortagesor overages.● Bring equipment to the tech room as directed by Project Manager.● Coordinate with Project Manager regarding order ship dates.● Set up freight with freight companies.● Communicate shipments with MASR via Alert and/or email.● Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storingor rerouting.● Safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently moveinventory around the warehouse and shipping facility.● Package inventory for safe shipping.● Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alertsupervisors if a delay occurs or is likely to occur.● Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy ofdatabase information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
