Offshore. US$ 562 MillionResponsibilities:•Co-founder of the company. In charge of Business Development & Commercial Management.•Responsible for the preparation of all technical-commercial proposals and negotiation of the contracts.•Successfully increased the revenue of the company up to US$15 Million per year.•Prepared the technical-commercial proposal, negotiated the contract to provide technical assistance contract during the commissioning and startup of the new production facilities, and upgrading of heavy crude oil. •As Operations Consultant supervised in the field the mechanical equipment and process systems and auxiliaries according to the Operational Readiness & Assurance Plan.•Carried out the monitoring and reporting for the safe and timely preparation and execution of the work of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up, including blowing with air, washing with water, steam blowing, cooling water passivation, leak testing and inertization with N2, on-site testing, in-service leak testing, preservation, functionality testing. •Developed the training courses for the operation and maintenance personnel of the client in PID readings, technical courses of pumps, valves, tanks, separators. •Coordination of the technical assistance of vendors of pumping equipment, compressor, chemical treatment packages and training to be dictated by the suppliers of these equipment to the new operators and maintainers of the plants. •Provided operational technical assistance and mentoring in the operation and maintenance of the plant from the pre-commissioning stage until it was transferred to the custodian.

Oil OffShore Floating Production and Storage Platforms. As a commissioning engineer, was responsible for keeping the data management system up to date, where all documentation relating to the pre-commissioning and mechanical completion and commissioning and start up was stored for two offshore floating production and storage platforms, including, equipment data sheets, functional test logs of compression equipment, pumps, instrumentation loop check certification, hydrostatics test and pipe cleaning. The information was recorded in the appropriate file both electronic and physical, organized by subsystems, systems and by disciplines.

Projects & Responsibilities:- New Crude Dewatering Plant for Perez-Compac- Venezuela. Responsible as Construction Manager, of the construction, pre-commissioning commissioning and startup of the plant that included new storage tanks, furnaces and interconnection pipes from the well fields, 50 miles of oil and gas and saltwater pipelines with their respective pig traps, river crossings and underground pipe lines. Responsible for reviewing the scope of projects and technical proposals , coordinate the work of the contractors, to hold weekly meetings and to discuss/review the Progress Report with contractors; to hold planning meetings to coordinate the work of field personnel according to the Master Plan, to coordinate construction and testing completion in compliance to the plant commissioning schedule, responsible for the Safety Programs and the construction aspects associated with the Quality Assurance program.- Upgrade of Refinery IRUP-Curacao. In charge of field coordination and supervision as superintendent of construction of the execution of all installation activities of a new power overload drum and pumps for the FCCU, installation of a new reactor lift pipe and regenerated catalyst pipe and expansion joint assembly, construction of a new remote instrumentation building, sewer installation and venting (flare) installation.- Project PARC Cardon Refinery - Venezuela - Worked for Foster Wheeler on this project as field engineer and commission coordinator for the new delayed coking and caustic soda plant, being responsible for providing on-site support for the installation of 14000 m of pipes, tanks, storage (spherical, semi-spherical and floating roof), static and rotary equipment (recipients, exchangers, pumps, compressors), prepare request for quotation, bill of materials, blueprints such as-built, gaskets and marking of spools in isometric drawings and highlighting of Isometrics & P&IDs and preparing the hydrostatic test.

Petrochemical Complex. Worked as a plant engineer and maintenance supervisor assigned to the sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, urea and ammonia plants, providing field support to solve technical problems related to engineering design, preparation of technical proposals and technical documentation for projects, execution of activities related to equipment engineering, preparation of equipment specifications, equipment sheets, drawings, requisition of materials and optimization of work packages, as well as the selection of static and rotating equipment. He was responsible for the predictive and corrective maintenance of the phosphoric acid plant, participating in more than 10 plant shutdown as mechanical leader.

Maracaibo Lake Production Facilities. Started my career in engineering as an apprentice in training. During six months of training, I already had guidance on all departments to understand the functions, integration, and business of the oil operator company Lagoven. I was subsequently assigned in mechanical field engineering where I participated in several projects in Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela, providing field support to solve technical problems related to engineering design and then transferred to the planning department where I oversaw the planning and control of the main projects executed for the General Engineering Department of Lagoven.
