Duties included the successful implementation of operations and maintenance services for offshore and onshore facilities, onshore support, management of company P&L, fabrication and installation assistance for minor modifications such as engineering services and serving as Legal Representative for organization.  Led communications with headquarters and worked with WGPSN functional matrix organization in supervision of HR, QHSE, Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Business Acquisition departments.

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

 Oversaw all operations of WG Production Facilities division within Brazil.  Led the development effort during the successful proposal and negotiation phase for the main O&M contract in Brazil. Directed team of 60 offshore and 8 onshore employees in effectively executing Statoil contract to perform operations and maintenance services for two wellhead platforms.  Managed fabrication and installation projects for multiple clients, including Chevron and SBM. Led production groups of up to 40 team members as determined by Wood Group Macaé facilities.

 Provided management support for WG Production Facilities throughout the Americas.  Key member of the team dedicated to identifying potential business opportunities for Wood Production Facilities, managing proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and operational readiness for new projects. This effort resulted in the fruitful acquisition of several multimillion dollar projects in the Americas.  Led transition teams in multiple undertakings, including BPTT maintenance project in Trinidad and Pluspetrol Camisea project in Peru.

Ciudad Del Carmen, Mexico

 Led successful setup of first WG Production Facilities office in Mexico.  Oversaw all aspects of contract negotiation, transition organization, and first year of operation for AKAL GC sour gas compression facility (located offshore at Cantarell Field), a 270 MMSCFD gas compression and dehydration project. Project consisted of 60 employees.  Pursued prospective business opportunities in order to grow company customer base. Offered technical support for potential project evaluation.

Maracaibo, Venezuela

 Provided support to Operations and General Management for SIMCO Consortium, a very successful long term water injection and treatment contract in Lake Maracaibo.  Managed Quality System, IT, and General Services departments. Responsible for the implementation and certification of ISO-9001:2000 (certification obtained in December 2003).

Maturin, Venezuela

Responsible for Coordination of Operation and Maintenance activities for a 450 KHP compression fleet. Management of 250 operational personnel distributed in 40 locations. Part of the team to re-structure operations for Hanover Venezuela after the Acquisition of Production Operators Inc. Create and follow up overhaul programs for the fleet ( 200 reciprocating compression units) Participation in costumer relation activities, meetings to ensure the proper execution of contracts with eight different clients in the Venezuelan Operations.

Management of Gas Compression and Treatment operations in Venezuela. Responsible for a 200 KHp compression fleet, 90 technicians and more than 20 locations in the different Venezuelan oil fields. Responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities, overhaul programs and contract execution for 6 clients. Responsible for defining operations strategies for existing and new projects. Part of Bid Team for business development. .
