Since 2020, I have been working at Navandu Technologies leading all technical operations of the company, involving the recognized platforms for the Pharmaceutical Industry, as well as the applications and services intended to help pharmaceutical brands reach and engage physicians in all specialities. I possess a comprehensive understanding of client needs, drawing on extensive experience, and continuous communication with the technical team to convey those requirements. My background as a programmer and team leader, coupled with direct interaction with end clients, enables me to bridge the gap between both worlds effectively. Among my responsibilities are the identification of new product requirements, managing their development from conception to production, and analyzing client feedback or data from reports provided to ensure successful implementation since 2012 as a Backend developer. My mindset is a pragmatic Tech Lead and developer with a non-conformist line of thought. I have participated in projects with a high traffic load such as Leemur, a ChatStory WhatsApp format of micro-stories with 500 thousand users and an average of 5000 rpm daily readings, designed to reach 120k rpm. In Leemur I have coordinated the mobile development team and backend. Additionally, I have participated in e-commerce projects such as BeRuby, which has 1.5 million users and involves the sale of products in which money is returned for each transaction. I have participated in architecture design within AWS and Heroku.On the other hand, I would like to emphasize above all the importance of doing things well, with caution, knowing that if you make a mistake, it translates into a loss of money—something I consider of utmost importance. Another point I want to highlight is my high motivation to work on the product, thoroughly understand the entire project, and get involved until the end. For me, the client is a key part of every product, and we have to take great care of it, including usability and code design that is consistent with all the steps to achieve balance, speed, and security. I enjoy engaging in dialogue and contributing my insights to all the solutions designed, aiming to be constructive in both directions.I’m also responsible for the successful delivery and client management, technology partnerships and coordination of healthcare professionals and institutions collaborating with projects Pharmaceutical Industry clients. In the end, what I like is giving back part of what I am learning to the community, this is very important for me and facing new challenges.
