Identified a need to patient home care in order to curb the rising costs of health care in the U.S. Designed a secure encrypted patient monitoring system with NIST multifactor authentication. Solution being considered by medical garment manufacturer.• Designed fraud mitigating platform. Estimates for fraud costs by the healthcare industry are an average of $1.5T of a $5T industry. Designed and executed a CSID platform to fight against fraud by authenticating, authorizing healthcare with biometrics, device identification, user knowledge and a secure interface for EHR consults that is HIPAA and HIMSS compliant.

Research market options and discovered a small company an open JAVA third generation solution to build a unified SNMP monitoring platform. Reduced costs while increasing service levels for the entire network in six months.• Reconfigured satellite bidirectional data system. Linux operating system became corrupted with recurrent power failures, and customer satisfaction was at an all-time low. Compressed the operating system and doubled the memory of Linux boxes. Crew visits went from 2-4 a day to 1-2 a month. Customer satisfaction increased to level never recorded before.• Qualified, quantified and tested WIMAX systems. With a limited budget and small staff, developed a testing methodology that used a mixture of fixed test points and drive tests.
