Assisted in the rebranding of their flagship restaurant, Spris Pizza, by redesigning their site to reflect their updated color and font scheme. Updated and published content onto their sites as required by the marketing department.

Provided Information Technology consulting services for Tralongo, LLC, including hardware and software configuration, inventory control, and creation of technical/ network documentation.

Upgraded Windows servers and workstations for seventeen TD Bank branches throughout the South Florida region. Installed printers, scanners and money counting machines and tested them according to prescribed procedures.

Installed and configured C4ISR systems for Special Operations Command Europe, including three Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) suites and the Special Operations Command Research, Analysis and Threat Evaluation System (SOCRATES) infrastructure. Isolated hardware and software faults and provided repairs when necessary. Performed upgrades and configuration management in accordance with Information Assurance guidelines.

Fielded and maintained the Special Operations Forces Deployable Node (SDN) tactical satellite communications systems, which provided secure data, voice and video communications to Special Forces soldiers deployed throughout the Middle East. Served as the telecommunications liaison between the Space & Naval Warfare and Special Operations commands, advising senior commanders on the capabilities and most efficient use of tactical communications systems.

Taught the “Introduction to Computer Based Systems” course to undergraduate students pursuing majors within the Computer Information Systems and Technology Department. Developed training curriculum, including the production of audiovisual training materials and exams.

Led a network implementation and operations team responsible for providing unclassified and classified data, voice and video services to SOCCENT’s Crisis Response Element (CRE). Provided direct communications support for Special Forces Groups during deployments to the Middle East.

Supported intelligence collection missions throughout the European Command’s Area of Responsibility by training personnel in the use of tactical Satellite Communications equipment. Administered Windows Server 2003 systems. Monitored and troubleshot network services. Applied security patches and hot fixes to the brigade’s 2,600 workstations and Geographic Information Systems servers.
