Acting as a facilitator, I promoted a change in the working methodology and in the way to communicate and collaborate among the different teams, reducing dependencies, and improving execution. In that sense, we transitioned to a product-focused development, with a clear strategy on market and business impact. As a member of the PostSales Engineers Team I was in charge of managing and maintaining the ICT infrastructure of the customers and Impala.Also, I collaborated in the design and in the deployment of the systems related projects within the company.

At first, the main project I worked on was in THR as a consultant to solve many problems related to virus and spam and to develop a full set of measures focused on the sanitization and optimization of the Systems and Networking Infrastructure of the company.Later, as the IT Administrator, I applied those measures and I worked on the design and deployment of an improved set of access policies and a new data storage infrastructure with a very positive impact on the company.
