During my time at that company, there was a significant dependence on importing components and parts for equipment that was considered crucial for BOPP film production. The Maintenance stockpile included extremely expensive components that had never been used, and sometimes the factory would come to a halt for days due to the lack of simple construction parts in stock.My role was to identify which parts truly needed to be in stock and determine whether it was possible to develop local suppliers. We selected around a thousand parts, including shafts, bearings, supports, springs, and others, which were designed and sometimes even improved throughout my tenure.
