-Researches and arranges local service providers and local attractions (i.e. transportation, restaurant reservations, destination experiences and flight arrangements)- Organization of Welcome , Themed and Farewell Parties in the Concierge Lounge or Venues available around the ship.-Assists with dispatch of ShorExcursions, Destination Experiences, transfers, private cars and shuttle services-Ensures Destination Experiences are organized and on time and escorts destination programs where possible-Assists Residents and Guests with a multitude of individual inquiries in a timely and professional manner-Assists in the completion of all reports, logs all requests and seeks to continuously deliver excellence in a high-level service environment
