Also, the evaluation included the actions taken at regional and country level, and the projects of interrelation and support between countries (triangular cooperation); specially the cases in Al Invest programme.

Evaluation Mission of the PRAIAA Program: "Regional Program for Support Central American Economic Integration and the Association Agreement Implementation " (DCI-ALA / 2011/22688). The PRAIAA is a cooperation project between EU, SIECA and the 5 countries of Central America (€ 10 million). An OECD/ DAC evaluation methodology was used, with a triangulation approach in gender, youth and social inclusion, and more than 100 institutions were interviewed in the region. This complex evaluation implied the partial evaluation of what was done in each Central American country and the evaluation of the program with impact, effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and results separately by country and as a whole. The results were presented in a Regional Seminar, 22/2/ 2017.
