I was in charge of the creation and implementation of the corporate communications strategy for more than 1000 employees and for the Employee Branding external deployment for Latam (Colombia, Argentina and Chile). In this role I was the person in charge of coordinating and implementing the company's internal communications plan for the Collections and Fraud units adds up to 800 direct employees, and responsible for the development and execution of the external communications strategy for the bank's technology area: Scotiabank Technology, which seeks to obtain new candidates for tech opening positions. Achievements: • Creation of the internal communications plan for all International Banking Collections, which brings together more than 1000 employees in 3 hubs in the Americas. • Creation of the first Rewards and Recognitions Program for the Collections and Fraud units for the Bogota Hub. • Positioning of the corporate LinkedIn profile: Scotiabank Technology with more than 24,209 followers and a monthly reception of more than 100 resumes of candidates through advertising strategies, strategic alliances with headhunters specialized in tech platforms and organic posts.

During the role, I was in charge of internal communication processes for the Scotiabank's Global Business Services Innovation Center. Some of my functions were: creating communications for internal audiences from the voice of the company and its executives, creating and executing endomarketing campaigns to increase the Engagement Index, conducting face-to-face and virtual events for more than 500 people and creating communication pieces at the request of operations.Achievements: • Completion of the navigation process and user experience of the Scotiabank's Global Business Services intranet and launch for 3,000 employees. • Development and leadership of the "voice-to-voice communication plan Leader-to-report" strategy with a satisfaction rate of 88%. •Creation of the first co-created "Stand Strong as One Team" endomarketing campaign with the Toronto technology team with more than 300 participants in both countries.
