Responsible for the contribution and delivery of the Data Product Strategy and Governance framework for Consumer Lending Home Operations.

Build, execute and manage dynamic Data and BI solutions for our Consumer Lending operations in Home Mortgage, Home Equity, Personal Loans, Auto and Credit Card.

Coached and led a dynamic analytical team that led various initiatives and programs ranging in data analytics, visualized business intelligence, automation, application management and support for the Single-Family Home Mortgage operations.

Provided technical consultation and innovation services to business stakeholders to evaluate and deliver business analytics and insights to measure financial and service opportunities. Managed a Reporting and Analytics team in the Non-Performing Operations.
