As a PC/Network Technician my responsibilities included managing the replenishment schedule, budget and support of client and server hardware, networking and telecom equipment and T1/T3, MPLS, SDWAN, and local internet provider cable/Fiber and copper telephone(POTS) lines. Account manager for the company's AT&T and Verizon mobile device accounts, managed replacements/upgrades, porting of lines and Early Termination Fee's. Provided deskside and remote support, software deployments, vendor partnerships, and a number of related troubleshooting and escalated issues from Help Desk and leadership requests. Using the business knowledge and Project Management experience from previous jobs I transitioned to the IT Project Management role within the company supporting the entire global footprint of manufacturing and sales/field service locations.
