Activities focused on administrative support and the introduction of analytical solutions within the sector.👨‍💻 Working in a support unit, with constant interaction across key areas such as land management, real estate law, and finance. Some of the main activities include:1️⃣ Support in managing real estate taxes, such as IPTU, ITR, Occupancy Fees, and Permits;2️⃣ Administration of real estate contracts, including Terms of Authorization for Use (TAU) and Loan-for-Use Agreements;3️⃣ Initial experience with SAP, exploring modules related to payment control and cost center consultation;4️⃣ Introduction of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including the development of management dashboards and result consolidation with KPIs and relevant analyses;5️⃣ Support with legal documentation, such as Expropriation Deeds, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Administrative Easements, Expropriation Processes, Tax Clearance Certificates, and Cartographic Maps.
