• As an account manager for Independence Australia, I am responsible for the development and implementation of new programs and services. I have experience in leading a wide range of teams (both internal and external).

My main focus here was to assist participants to develop a disability support plan and assist with the acquisition of funding. The main goal was to assist people with a disability, their families and their carers to build and pursue their goals to lead 'a normal' life, exercise control and engage with the Scheme, and; ensure that people with a disability.

Biala Peninsula is an early intervention centre for children under the age of eight years who have additional needs. My role here was wide-ranging but included one-on-one support, assisting parents and therapists, as well as administrative support. I also spearheaded all graphic design and marketing initiatives.

The Mornington Community Contact house and learning centre provide social contact, childcare and family support for at-risk families. My tasks whilst i was here were wide-ranging and included administrative duties, assisting teachers, and parents with high needs children, as well as one-on-one individual work with said children.

My primary focus at Eagle pack (previously Williams Natural Pet Company) was new business development and Marketing. I managed accounts across Victoria, NSW and Queensland, liaising with major clients and stakeholders in a B2B model. Given my background in graphic design, i also executed new branding and corporate imagery for the company.

In this role, my main focus was business to business sales, marketing and new business development. I led a number of key accounts and built and maintained, Australia wide, company databases.

My main focus in this role was to increase product awareness and meet set sales targets. This included new business development, customer retention, and stakeholder engagement.
