At 22, I have lived in the U.S. (born & raised in Texas), Argentina (4 months that felt like a wondrous year), and the Netherlands, where I have lived for the last 4.5 years. I hold a cum laude Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, which I attained while navigating a new culture in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, building my community from scratch, and learning how to be an adult (an ongoing struggle).Following this intense period, I began my role in Human Resources at Linklaters. In this role, I manage the onboarding of 2-6 new joiners a month, process upwards of 50 monthly payroll documents and benefits for 135 colleagues, manage staff movements through Workday, create a monthly newsletter in addition to social media content for our Instagram and LinkedIn, and more. Further, as an active member of our Linklaters Amsterdam DEI Committee, I develop and implement our DEI initiatives.My current interests and goals include diving into DEI data analysis to improve practical applications of DEI, getting further into the nitty gritty of project management, and brushing up on my Spanish (made rusty by too much Dutch speaking). Beyond my career, I am a Rocycle and bouldering fanatic, a member of a local choir, an advocate of abortion rights, and a very big fan of the sun, coffee, and the wonderful people in my life.
