After moving to California, Carly held a senior consultant position with the international firm, Aon Consulting. At Aon, she designed and implemented talent management systems, worked with senior leaders on large scale change and top management team integration. EducationCarly's background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron, a top-ranked program in the field. She supervises and trains coaches and OD professionals.
