Adjunct professor for the undergraduate business law course

Manage and monitor regulatory inventory and change management for global human resources at Citi. Coordinate inventory technology transition for Human Resource users. Prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports regarding regulatory changes. Monitor employment regulatory changes, development and trends for future risk governance planning.

Manage a caseload of multiple labor and employment defense cases for lawsuits relating to Title VII, FCRA, ADA, ADEA, Florida Whistleblowers Act, FMLA and the FLSA. Draft responsive pleadings and motions during all stages of litigation, including drafting and defending successful dispositive motions in state and federal court and appellate briefs before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Manage in depth document review and discovery projects for all stages of litigation. Research nuanced legal issues and updates in evolving case law. Assist clients in proactive prevention of employment claims. Independently depose and interview parties and pertinent witnesses in litigation. Served as second chair in a federal court trial for Title VII allegations. Administer alternative dispute resolution to efficiently resolve litigation and threatened litigation. Coordinate with federal and state agencies for claim resolution. Assist public and private sector clients with reviews of handbooks, policies and procedures.
