Lead ticketing and event programmes for first direct, managing all aspects of delivery from agreeing objectives, developing and executing the brief, full activation of the programme and assessing effectiveness. Activities aligned to brand, with the objective of rewarding customer loyalty and enhancing customer satisfaction/recommendation. Support the activation of the sponsorship agreements throughout.

Work across the marketing team to develop and oversee the delivery of a consolidated marketing runway, ensuring the marketing team have full visibility of the key milestones to be hit in order to deliver all activity on time and providing status updates on marketing deliverables. Work closely with Customer Marketing & Strategy Planning Manager to ensure alignment of plans.

Manage the implementation of events undertaken by the Marketing Operations Team. Responsible for the design, development, delivery and management of a personal portfolio of event activity.

Manage the delivery of Direct Marketing campaigns across all products, services and mandatory requirements.

A two year fast track management programme involving four, six month placements in various departments around the business.
