Responsible for the recruiting, employee onboarding, training and corporate philanthropy at a 350+ person financial advisory firm. Designed and implemented various programs and processes resulting in a more efficient and employee focused work environment.✓ Pitched and rolled out company-wide new-hire orientation program and handbook, converting from paper to electronic forms, improving process efficiency and eliminating printing costs✓ Revamped employee performance review process, creating measuring scales that correlate to the company’s key results and goals✓ Converted payroll systems from ADP to UltiPro, implementing UltiPro as a new HRIS✓ Developed a company-wide employee appreciation program, owning process from pitch to implementation✓ Created an internal recruiting guide that included a process overview and interview best practices✓ Pitched and owned annual corporate off-site including all logistics, planning and content✓ Designed and managed a 6 week summer learning series for 30+ interns that has run for 3 years in a row✓ Developed an onboarding process that greatly reduced the new hire timeline✓ Conceptualized and rolled out HighTower University and other projects related to career-path and continuing education opportunities for employees✓ Created and co-chair philanthropy committee which among other events, ran 3 annual silent auctions raising tens of thousands of dollars for local charities✓ Responsible for pitching, designing and coordinating a company-wide monthly newsletter launched in January 2013✓ Program administrator for company-wide workplace harassment training ensuring 100% completion
