I manage sponsorship marketing and attainment goals, growing sponsorship dollars 900% YoY from 2016 to 2017 (when I took over program strategy and ownership), continued sponsorship dollar growth by 60% to over $500,000 in 2018 and hit 45% YoY from 2018 to 2019 attaining almost $800,000 in sponsorship revenue, pivoted quickly to virtual in 2020 and 2021 and have made the move to a hybrid model in 2022 - achieving over $850,000 in sponsorship revenue. 2023 saw over $1,000,000 in sponsorship sales and my official retirement from the program.
