I lead the marketing, graphic design and website management across Iron Carrot and am responsible for creating and scheduling social media content, managing social media channels, and executing marketing campaigns.

Operations and logistics management under the four brands of NHST Global Publications ensuring event strategy and best practice is delivered. Responsible for running online and in person events to the highest standard to stay within budget with recommendations for corrective action. Strong project management and collaboration with all event stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and growth of our events and to adhere to timelines and accurately track and evaluate results on overall project goals. Full ownership of creating marketing campaigns via Hubspot, management of the event social media and working closely with our design department to assist with asset production across digital channels and advertisements to help drive registrations. I also solely built our event website hubs and continue to create websites for each of our events via Aventri ensuring they are kept up to date and keeping with brand guidelines.

Execute and drive end-to-end delivery of annual events across EMEA and the US. Maintaining and building relationships with all key event stakeholders, ensuring all delivery of relevant event KPI’s are met and diary management of all events and inboxes. Working closely with marketing and sales departments to drive attendance and sales pipelines. Venue supplier sourcing and management to manage associated budgets and costing expectations. Production of conference material ensuring all elements of contracts are delivered on site within timeframes. Sole user and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), marketing (Pardot), website (Papillon), delegate management and onsite solutions (Aventri and CVENT). Collating event feedback and reporting for the following year’s targets and aims.
