Partnerships ManagerStrategic Development Network (Sdn) Jan 2024 - PresentMy role as one of the Partnerships Managers here at SDN focusses on supporting SMEs across England in understanding our complex education system. We do this through a number of free resources to help businesses work with their local education providers, where their future talent lies. With around 4 million SMEs in England it would be a challenge to reach them all so we work in partnership with our growing network of over 100 partners including trade associations, business networks and sector bodies who use the resources to start skills conversations with their networks. The programme is free to access and is funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation working in partnership with The Careers and Enterprise Company, Department for Education, Chambers of Commerce, IoD, CBI and the FSB.I am also involved in new business development, leading on our employer coaching and mentoring programme with the focus on improving staff retention rates and equipping managers with essential coaching skills. -
