Building on my established relationship with the organisation, my focus is on fostering connections statewide, nationally, and internationally to create sustainable career pathways for Queensland's craft and design practitioners. My role centers on strengthening Artisan's position as a catalyst for sector growth, and developing strategic partnerships and opportunities that enable our creative community to thrive in an increasingly connected and complex world. By working closely with our team, peers, and partners, I'm committed to expanding the horizons for Queensland's craft and design professionals while nurturing the next chapter of Artisan's evolution.

Artisan is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and promoting contemporary craft and design practices for both makers and their audiences. Artisan began its legacy in 1970 and has, for 50 years, been the home of craft and design in Queensland.

‍Everyone has a right to a safe, secure and affordable home. As Systems Advocacy Lead for the Brisbane Zero Campaign, this challenging role combines my values with my stakeholder engagement skills, leadership strengths and comprehensive networks to drive a collaborative campaign to end homelessness in Brisbane by 2032.

This project drew on my cultural tourism product development experience with Girrungun Art Centre, at iAM Projects and MBA research. By consulting and collaborating with First Nations leaders, creative entrepreneurs and community organisations statewide we could implement a range of projects including the Year of Indigenous Tourism 2020/21 and the Minjerribah Cultural Tourism Strategy. The projects I am most proud of, were co-designed with self-determined Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tourism enterprises located throughout Queensland.

Collaborating with the Urban Design team on the development and implementation of a new creative place making strategy for Brisbane's Village Precincts Project.

As the Project Manager, for the Creative Brisbane Creative Economy strategy, I implemented action plans to identify and grow this sector of the local economy. Scope included cultural development investment reporting, new program design, economic impact measurement and evaluation, stakeholder management, board membership and grant re-design.

In 2012 with Renai Grace, we founded Independent Arts Management Projects, iAM Projects. The company remains one of Queensland's leading public and private art consultancies, specialising in precinct art master plans, art strategies, procurement and corporate art collection management.

As UAP’s Australian Business Development Manager, I created dozens of new art business collaborations throughout the country.I established a new business development strategy within the construction and creative industries contributing networks and expertise to the UAP team. At a time of fast global business development for the company, I maintained and extended the brand reach of UAP into the Australian built environment market.
