Talent & Culture Advisor/Consultant (Deloitte New-Venture Accelerator)
I joined Deloitte to advise and coach leadership teams for the Accelerator's portfolio of product businesses to enable rapid scaling in line with business goals on organizational design, culture and talent matters. This included advising the core Deloitte Talent organization on appropriate strategies to address the unique talent needs of these businesses (e.g., compensation programs for non-partner-eligible executives).I created a broad cultural change framework to guide the development of talent programs and initiatives, leveraging leading-edge talent management interventions, and adopting programs to meet the different requirements of each business. In addition, I conducted a structured leadership assessment program for each business to determine development needs, working with leadership to develop and implement action plans to address key outcomes using a cultural development framework as a starting point. In this role, I oversaw integration of two new company acquisitions, including noted HR experts Bersin and cybersecurity leaders Vigilant, making them part of Deloitte Consulting. These fast-growth companies were acquired to create a new hybrid Product & Consulting offering in their respective markets.
