My name is Carmel and I’m an accomplished ER specialist with a strong growth mindset. Having managed the ER workstreams of two large organisations (+5000 employees), I’m accomplished at driving positive, best practice ER practices that enable successful resolution of workplace issues. My commercial acumen has been key to my success. I champion a vibrant work culture and a great employee experience whilst protecting the business from risk. Since 2017, I’ve been National ER Manager at Outcomes First Group, the UK’s largest children’s service provider.
