As a Communications Analyst, E&A I work cross functionally between two teams, Communications and Career Pathways, Equity & Access, I’ve had the opportunity to leverage both my skills in communications and recruitment to build Elemental’s intern and employer outreach strategy for the past two years. Through a mixture of email and social campaigns along with 1:1 partnership building, we've been able to scale Elemental’s EDICT Program (launched summer 2021) from serving 25 partner employers and 30 interns to serving 54 employers and 72 interns the following year.My work with career pathways focuses on both placing traditionally excluded college students in climate tech roles and supporting the creation of an inclusive environment interns could thrive in.
